Fine fragrance asks you to choose between finished objects made by someone else, for someone in general. The part that is actually interesting — deciding what something should smell like — happens somewhere you are not invited.
DUALEO moves that decision to your table. Not by handing you raw materials and wishing you luck, which is how most blending kits fail, but by doing the difficult technical work first and giving you a palette that behaves.
Four accords is a deliberate number. Nine is a shop; two is a gimmick. Four is enough for six pairings and hundreds of ratios, and few enough that you can hold all of them in your head by the end of an afternoon.
The constraint is the product. Guided creativity beats unlimited chemistry, because a blank page is not freedom when you have no idea what any of the materials do.
How we work

Developed upstream
The hard part — accord compatibility, the permitted blending range, the base and the scale-up method — is resolved by the formulation laboratory before the box is made. Your side stays creative.

Built to be refilled
Every element that runs out is available on its own. The bottle, the vials and the pipettes are made to be kept, and the accords to be replaced.

Nothing claimed early
We publish confirmed figures, not flattering estimates. Where a quantity is still with the laboratory, the site says so instead of guessing.

Made in small runs
The first production is deliberately limited, so the system can be corrected against how people actually use it rather than how we imagined they would.

Heavy clear glass for the signature bottle. Turned wood stoppers. A paper label you write on yourself rather than a printed one you cannot change.
The technical tools — vials, pipettes, strips — sit in a separate compartment, organised but visually quiet. The brief was a fragrance object first and a creative system second: nothing on the presentation surface should suggest a chemistry set.
